Biography:
Apostle J Vernon Duncan has been involved in the Gospel music industry for the past 50 years, singing and playing the guitar since 1969. Considered one of the pioneers of contemporary Caribbean Gospel music, he has completed six Gospel albums to date, his latest being "Shekinah Ecstasy Worship." He won two major Gospel awards in 2004: (i) Copyright Organization of Trinidad and Tobago, Best Gospel song, "All Ah Wanna Do is Praise Him"; and (ii) The Hopeton Lewis (NY base) Top Gospel song: "Sailing." He is a psalmist n that he receives his songs as they are downloaded from heaven. He majors on worship music in that most of his songs are sung in adoration to God. His style is generally lively and aggressive. Apostle Duncan is also a prolific writer, having completed over 10 books.
