Biography:
Dan Pitchard has been playing electric guitar for 46 years. Along the way, he also learned electric bass, keyboard, sax, and trumpet. He has also become very skilled with MIDI and digital recording. In 1980, Pitchard attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. In his first year, he completed all the required Harmony (music theory) courses for a four year degree. In the 1990's Mr. Pitchard formed the 8 piece Dan Pitchard Band - performing original and cover blues in Connecticut and recording "The Dan Pitchard Band" album. Just recently he finished "Whispers in the Mist", an album of original instrumentals containing a mix of "bluesy soft jazz, jazz-rock fusion, and classical".
