Biography:
We are Echo Mirror . We are twins, and we often think about how we are each other’s echo and mirror. We were raised in a family-focused on education and hard work. We have been in love with music since we were little kids. We learned to play several instruments and participated in choirs when we could. In high school, we felt a strong desire to compose our own songs and we wrote our first song, Thunder.
During our last year of high school, we wrote the lyrics to 1 0 songs while driving to school. Our parents, however, would not allow us to start recording before we graduate. After graduation, we began recording Thunder, our first song, and that is how we started our recording career.
We then recorded the songs for our first album"Break Out". The album includes several types of music to show how colorful the world is. Since we have listened to a wide range of musical genres, our style is influenced by everything from Taylor Swift to Enrique Iglesias to Sega from islands in the Indian Ocean.
We hope we have a chance to keep sharing our music with the world through these tough times and after. We want to be composing, performing, and singing together across the world. We sometimes perform duets, but each one of us has also her own style which we like to express in solo tracks. When we get stuck on a song, we turn to the other, who brings her own interpretation on the theme. We call that our twin power.
