Biography:
" Hoppel van Grevenbrucke " (Musican, Songwriter) real name: Volkmar Günthel; Born November 17. 1956 in Weida, Thuringia . Made music since 1969 as a child in a brass music Group at the School, Classical music education in trumpet and theory; 1974 played the guitar in a pub band; from 1975 to 1989 in a dance coverband( trumped, harmonica, vocal), since 1990 make musice with different artists, works as Entertainer and Songwriter. What else could I tell? It all started with top lids that I stole from my grandma and paraded loudly through my village. At the age of 4, I strummed the piano in my grandpa's pub to the dismay of the guests. I sang in the school choir, played the trumpet in a brass band and learned the guitar from my uncle. The latter followed me everywhere, along with my trumpet.
I played in front of our girls' boarding school to get to the girls. It always worked. Was an active athlete in his youth, mainly running middle distance and cross country. I smoked and sometimes drank too much. I don't like hate, it just steals our time for the good and important things in life, like love and living to unite us as a community.
