Biography:
Katonya Douglas professionally performs as kitty Kat, I am from Baltimore Maryland and I currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am a national gold key honor Society graduate of Morgan State University. I currently hold my Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism. I have been writing and performing as a poetic lyracist for over a decade. I am also a published author of two best selling titles Plantation Sweetness and Cocaine Cowgirl! Musically, my latest artistic body of work "I am Kitty Kat" showcases my professional writing talents, but also encompasses my lyrical prowess. Powerful and Raw my lyrics derive from a place of knowledge, pain, peace, growth, love and self awareness. Again, I currently reside in Charlotte North Carolina and I am available immediately for shows, appearances, interviews, cameos, and features! Recent performances include Baltimore Maryland, Hanover, MD, Washington DC, Raleigh North Carolina, Durham North Carolina, Charlotte North Carolina, and Atlanta Georgia. I am available immediately for features and shows I am willing to travel throughout the United States and abroad.
