Biography:
Born in Alfortville in France on February 27, 1982, where her parents worked, D-Lisha grew up in the small village of La Grande Paroisse near Melun. His mother, Anise, is Reunionese and his father, Hébert, West Indian. Bien des années plus tard, de retour à l'île de la Réunion, elle enchaîne les petites scènes et représentations en tant que choriste dans quelques groupes locaux, et fait aussi quelques concours et radio-crochets où elle remporte quelques prix. DEBUT DE CARRIERE Ce n'est qu'à partir de 2012, avec la rencontre de LyrixX, que Laurence devient D-Lisha en même temps naît son groupe Soul Métiss avec qui elle fera quelques prestations avec un répertoire varié de reprises de musique des années 90 et 2000. Les rencontres s'enchaînent avec Jovani Louise alias Louiz qu'elle accompagnera en coaching vocale sur la comédie musicale "La Genèse de Dracula", suivra Stéphane Mills et Coralie Dijoux de Kifé l'Show (émission de divertissement diffusée sur une chaîne locale) qui, emballés dès les premières notes par la vivacité et fraîcheur du son, ainsi que la présence vocale, lui proposeront une apparition "exclu" dans leur émission du mois d'août 2016. Les producteurs de l'émission, séduits par l'enthousiasme de l'artiste et de son projet, l'accompagnent sur son premier clip en coopération avec J.L et ses danseurs. Elle donne suite à son cheminement en janvier 2018 avec la composition de « SEXY NIGHT » un son très groovy love, un slow jam français qui donnera un clip qui fera l’avant première de « 50 nuances plus claires » au Cinépalmes de Ste Marie à la Réunion. Cette artiste sensible sait donner d'elle-même pour faire ressortir les émotions, faire bouger les têtes sur les rythmes un peu plus fous, et faire rêver même les plus durs. Sensuelle, sexy, affirmée, ces mots font d'elle une artiste black militante complète et accomplie.
