Biography:
Kevin McCowin a.k.a KEV a hip hop artist from Fluvanna County,Virginia. I'm a true lyricist that plans on bringing some true VA flavor to the world of hip hop. I have had a love for music my entire life.I developed a love to create and perform music. Growing up listening to such artist's as Public Enemy, Wu-Tang Clan, KRS 1, and notorious BIG, to name a few; As I matured as a person and an artist; I developed a style, swagger; and a way with words far beyond his years. I have traveled up and down the east coast doing shows in Ny, Va, Nj, Phl, NC, SC, Fl and more. His swagger, style, look, and stage presence won the hearts of many. He truly demonstrated superstar potential.He is the true definition of versatile.Kevin was evolving into a true hip hop artist. He made his way to King Mountain, NC where he was introduced to Mike Brand-CEO, owner, and president of We Book Celebs a celebrity booking agency.he gave Mike his press kit and after a short meet and greet,Kevin received the call from KO and they agreed to work as his management and help take his career to the next level.He dropped his second mix tape "The Flu-Sick Mixtape H1N1 Vol 1" hosted by G-Units own DJ Rob E Rob featuring Papoose Cory Gunz, Hannable more.Kevin has taken the stage with main stream artist's such as Ray J, Yo-Gotti, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, Wacka Flocka, DJ Lil Boi , Mike G, Jolly Green of Zoe Pound, Haitian Fresh, Papa Duck, Aj Johnson, J. Smooth, Big Boi, J, Holiday, Reginald Ballard (Bruh Man), Shorty Mac and more. He was also featured on the Yo-Gotti "Live From The Kitchen" tour witch landed him a spot on the "Mayweather Live Show" aired in Tallahassee Fl.and other select cities channel 21 comcast. Kevin's hard work earned him every opportunity. He has guaranteed major exposure.He is currently in the process of establishing his own company in partnership with Knockout ent.
