We are an A&R company sourcing new talent for record labels and music industry professionals worldwide. Before pitching an artist, we research and analyse key aspects of their career, including fan-base potential and demographics, live performance, experience, technical ability, education, training, branding and overall image. Without this information, simply sending a song to the industry has limited value.
We collect this information through our audition process. During the audition, we promote your music to a broad audience of music fans and industry professionals, analyse the feedback received, and include relevant findings when presenting your music to record labels. The process is also designed to grow your fan base and increase revenue from your music significantly for as long as you remain an active musician or continue your audition.
Artists who receive a good response may be offered exclusive access to our music industry services free of charge and added to our official roster for one-to-one support. They may also be eligible for an advance of up to £50K upon signing.
