Biography:
ZackThaMack is an independent hip hop artist native to Southern California with influences of artists like; 2pac, Mac Miller, Kendrick Lamar and more. Starting his music career in Phoenix, Arizona after relocating in 2013, he considers himself "late to the game" with much to prove.
RAP STYLE:
His rap style is aggressive and precise. With twisting words and entendres, ZackThaMack expresses the lyrical exercise seen much more in an older era of hip hop. He uses his voice to punch back and forth with boom bap beats or he brings you into a world full of emotion and pain over strings and keys. What lies at the root of his pen, is a message against the system and for the people. He quotes "we all have tha right to find our souls purpose, in light or in darkness, whichever is necessary".
MACK & HIPHOP:
His journey in Hip-Hop began at an early age, only from a fans perspective. Hip-hop has been always a constant, that through the perils of life, would help maintain balance and happiness. As a 7 yr old, he was intrigued by poetry and the art of expressing yourself. He kept that love alive through his middle/late teen years. Using poetry to express his thoughts. It wasn't until the age of 25, when he began making changes in his life, that he would pick up a pen and throw a beat one. Weeks later "BASTARD KID" was released on Soundcloud and and he once again, fell in love with hip-hop; this time from artists' pov.
