Biography:
VIVA VINSON is an international, multi-genre Recording Artist, Performer, Actor, Writer and Performing-Arts Educator.
She brings her signature style, blending blues, jazz, R&B-Soul, country and pop to audiences around the world. Viva is currently Co-Starring in the soon to be released feature film, “Don’t Say It”, and also has several of her original songs appearing in the soundtrack.
Viva has recorded and performed with award-winning artists such as two-time Grammy winner and R&B / Pop artist, Melissa Manchester. Viva sang on Melissa’s iconic track, “The Power of Ribbons” raising awareness for Breast Cancer Charities.
Viva also has worked with the likes of Grammy-nominated blues artist, Sugaray Rayford and Grammy-nominated artist Gregg Young and the 2nd Street band. She has also performed with a variety of corporate and internationally renowned bands. She has traveled all around the world performing in cities such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, and Kazakhstan to name a few.
In her home base of Los Angeles, Viva performs with her own bands, Viva Vinson & Soul Renegade Band and Viva Jazz. She not only records with other artists as a session vocalist, but also writes and records her own original music, such as her newly-released Soul-Country single, Hello Stranger, and her very latest release, Beautiful Mess. Available wherever music is sold.
