Biography:
I discovered my passion for music as I started taking music lessons at the age of 5 and later playing as a teenage musician for my church (Antioch MBC). I wrote my first original song at 16 years old and obtained my Minor in Music Education with a piano specialty from Sam Houston State Univetsity. At the age of 17, I achieved one of my dreams of presenting my own music at the Gospel Music Workshop of America GMWA (Songs: 0 Sing Unto the Lord & He is So Able) as I was crowned Ms. GMWA in the same year. Over the years, l've had the pleasure of working closely with artists such as Chester D.T. Baldwin, Kathy Taylor, V. Michael McKay, etc., Recently, I was spotlighted via WIN (Women Information Network) to globally share "I WIN" as the host song for the International Women's Day 2021 and My Faith & My Fight in 2022. As a Nelms Music Planet Artist (NMP), I am currently on the Wave It Tour ili promoting one of my original songs "Turn It Around" in collaboration with Mali Music and Leroy Thomas that will be released May 10. 2024.
