I’m on a Mission with Energy, Purpose, and a Story You Won’t Forget
My name is Stephen Barr, but I’m known to the world as BigVader, and he is more than just another name in the music scene. I’m simply a presence you feel the moment he steps in. With roots in both the United States and the Bahamas, i proudly carry a mix of cultures that show up in everything I do.. My voice, My energy, and My message all reflect my unique Extraterrestrial identity.

I’m throughly committed to standing out, being authentic, and showing others that it’s powerful to be different. “I bring an unlimited supply of energy,” I always say. “I’m myself all year round. I show people it’s okay to be different, even if that means not always being accepted.”
Music has always been part of my life. I started playing drums at just two years old, but it wasn’t until 2015 that I began rapping. That moment came during one of the hardest chapters of my life. My father’s health was declining, and the pressure of day-to-day struggles was building. That’s when music became more than just a creative outlet. It became a way to survive. “It was about becoming a better version of myself,”. “I wanted to grow…I wanted to be great.”
My sound blends hip hop, rap, R&B, and rock into something fierce and dope really just a one-of-a-kind individual . I’m Influenced by icons like Lil Wayne, DMX, Young Dolph, and XXXTentacion, I brings the same intensity, but with a crazy delivery thats out of this world and resonates with AURA of whoever hears it. It’s bold, unpredictable, and packed with emotion.
My honestly feel like my whole journey through the music industry been nothing but a wild ride. I’ve had high points and hard lessons, and made real connections but I also lost a lot along the way. But every moment has helped shape me into the artist I am today. The best way I can sum my overall mission is simple…My odyssey, the legend of Vader, will be told for decades to come.
I recently released my latest single Checkmate on May 23, now available on all streaming platforms, It’s the beginning of a major rollout that Ima also include a new tape, several music videos, and a vault full of unreleased material set to drop throughout the year.
I’m way more then just an Artist who drops music, I’m chasing milestones, conquering mountains and invading galaxies. I have one plaque down and many more I plan on getting!!! This year I’m aiming for two to three million streams, spots on the charts, and partnerships that will help me expand beyond music into brand deals and sponsorships. I want to build something Generational.

Vape, my lil brother(chain pendant he passed away), and led light. Now when I’m on stage I gotta have a cordless mic because I like to jump on bars, tables, chairs really anything that’s sturdy enough to hold my energy. I also won’t record or perform if I’m not rockin a crazy pair of stack jeans it’s like part of my Extraterrestrial kit.

Yes I perform live and I’ve performed about 5 or 6 shows in the past 12 months. From time to time I host an independent showcase in Georgia and give other artists a platform to show their craft and get some real authentic and genuine energy and feedback.
