Biography:
When I was about 10-11 years old I started to listen to Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Alphaville etc.
By the time I started highschool I was into more guitarbased music, Faith no more, Deftones, etc and learned to play the guitar myself.
Started to compose at home and write lyrics, joined a couple of bands and then formed Silverage. A rock/pop band with a heavier sound and it lasted 5 years.
A couple of demos later and a bunch of gigs during those years.
In 2020 I hurt both of my hands and had bad surgery on both of them.
I didn't wanted to quit making music after I lost my ability to play the guitar. So I went back to my roots and the electtonic/synth scene.
The project Failure No.1 started out as an instrumental act. Inspired by the early synthbands and movies from the 80,90's with a cinematic and shapeshifting expression.
During 2024 I started to colab. with another electronic band ”This Barren Mind” and it resulted in a remix by me of a song from TBM ”I don’t want to play my part”
After that I started to write lyrics again and begun to try to sing and it was very inspiring and fun. Until today I have released 3 songs and me singing, the latest release that I made this year was ”We speak machine” and this time I asked and gave the text/lyrics to Anders/TBM and he sings on the released version.
My music is melodic with many elements and atmospheric in a darker synthpop way.
