NYTY. is a rapper, songwriter & producer from the DC, Maryland & Virginia metropolitan area. NYTY. was born on Oct 15th in SE Washington, DC & moved to Prince George's County when he was 12. NYTY. has been writing since a youth, he saw a rap battle at his school at the time (Crossland High School) & that pushed him to start writing as Akshon. NYTY. found himself in those writings which the name change came from. NYTY. came from the last two letters of his first and last name. His style is described as a fluid perspective portrayal of the world around him as an urban black male with an alternative sense of consciousness.
