Biography:
Robin Roberts - songwriter, singer, guitar and banjo player from Norwich, KS Billie Preston - fingerstyle guitar player and singer from Wichita, KS Robin has been writing songs for decades. Billie has been singing and playing finger-style guitar for decades. Somehow, they ran into each other and began playing together in 2008. Together, Robin and Billie have played in a regional area in and around Wichita. They have gathered fans internationally. They especially enjoy playing at the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, KS every September, a magical acoustic gathering, often referred to as "Winfield." Both Robin and Billie are very dedicated to their craft and musicianship. They believe that every note is important. They feel strongly that each piece should be memorized and rehearsed rigorously before performing. With that dedication, since 2008, they have amassed a number of tunes. :) Then Robin came up with the idea of recording every piece they know....
