Biography:
Rob Marshall A.K.A Water is a local Los Angeles artist who grew up in Santa Monica California . Water has music roots derived from punk rock, techno music, rap and hip-hop. At an early age during Water's late high school years he started Rapping freestyle to beats and instrumentals on soundcloud. He met many various artists at that age who helped open the gates for Water to not only start Rapping, but making music. With more growth in his life he became the artist that lives today.
