Biography:
I was born Jacob Workman in Las Vegas Nevada on January 26, 1989 with a form of mild autism in a somewhat poverty stricken neighborhood I found music at the age of 13 when I first picked up a guitar and just had a natural tact for it pretty much ever since then I haven't been able to put it down I'm a perfectionist so I never put music out or try to make it a career until two years ago because I never felt good enough to me and I wanted to make sure I honed my Craft to the best of my ability before I try to present myself to the world in that manner a large part of my initial interest in making music stems from my older brother, him, and his group of friends, who are all like five years older than me. We're all rappers and DJs in in bands in on they're all musicians with similar dreams, and of course of you and my older brother I looked up to him so naturally, if he was doing it, I followed suit. One of the biggest musical influences that I've had is a group named atmosphere, who my brother introduced me to at the age of 13 from that moment until I was probably 20 that was the main artist that I listen to. He was the first hip-hop artist that I had any influence from and what originally made me want to rap. And since the whole reason why I got into Music was because of my brother and the whole reason why I started rapping, was because of atmosphere when it was time to finally put out my music I chose my name, Jacob MILES as an ode to atmosphere and my brother because atmosphere son's name is Jacob MILES so it's to pay homage to the people who influenced me most in my life as a musician

Influences | Sounds Like:
G-Eazy, or Eminem, and my older music sounds like Lil peep or Juice WRLD but my musical influence is so vast I listen to music from Frank Sinatra to the Beatles to Eminem two Tech N9ne, Hopsin, atmosphere, Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, exploited Sex Pistols, the Ramones, Led Zeppelin, Dead Kennedys immaculate Lil Wayne Drake Polo G. Sleepy Hollow, dizzy Wright, Rittz, Yelawolf eyedea and abilities Sheff G Kalman, mos def the strokes, thrice Borgore Garth brooks, Woody Guthrie, John Prine, Johnny Cash, Roy, Orbison, Mozart pat the bunny Dipset, Jay Z token escape the fate, falling in reverse panic at the disco Fall Out Boy, and I can probably go on for hours, naming my musical influences, but it’s such a wide range that I don’t know how to describe it in a genre. I have my own unique sound so I don’t often get told that I sound like another artist there’s been one or two songs that somebody has brought up.
