Biography:
Defective Monk is a complete solo artist, doing His 'self-proclaimed' style of music #AngerTechno - merging analog and digital realms of music in order to create music that's a bit off from the "norm", through his writing, arranging, performing, recording, and producing all his music and vocals.
He started his passion and yearning for music at a young age, learning guitar, music notes, and vocals around 10 years of age, focusing mostly on lyric writing and vocalizing, within the great halls of an abandoned German monestary over the years. He continued to push himself in music knowledge as time went on, by learning more instruments (keyboard/pipe organ and bass), plus getting more and more into sound reinforcement (live and studio) with recording, mixing, and producing, which has even bled into his video production as well.
Currently, Defective Monk is continuously trying to improve his sound and grow - being progressive, aggressive, and never sticking 100% to the "formal" norms of music writing, recording, and production.
His philosophy is, "Use the K.I.S.S. principle (Keep It Simple Stupid), but make sure it's not boring or stagnant".
