Biography:
I'm Mike, just a disabled veteran struggling with PTSD and making music in my living room. I've been a musician for 30 years, playing the guitar since I was 8 years old but, have only started releasing my original music for the past year or so. After my third psychiatric hospitalization due to suicide attempt in 2020, I turned my attention back to music. Along with sobriety it has become the most important part of my therapy and mental health stability. I served in the US Army as an Infantryman for 10 years, finding myself deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan multiple times. My passion for music has singlehandedly been the most mentally freeing undertaking in my search for relief from the pain (mental and physical) that I deal with on a daily basis.
