Biography:
I started making music around 2010 when I started a metalcore band with some friends in Oregon called "I Bear the Plague." I was the frontman, and we went on to play quite a few shows around Oregon, including in the state capital Portland. We disbanded shortly after our studio CD was set to be released, and I took a break to focus on work. Boredom kicked in after a while, so I started just fruitlessly answering ads looking for musicians and playing around with various instruments at home. Eventually I started recording various tracks and putting them together in DAW software, and found out that I can just make my own music. That’s when things took off and I started recording tracks that would eventually become ‘ Paperclips .’
